Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at D.Monkey Figurines Studio. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Refunds and returns for in-stock items are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed.
To be considered, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. Items that have been opened, displayed, or removed from their packaging are not eligible.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery via our Contact page or WhatsApp, together with your order number and photos of the item.
If approved, the item must be returned at the buyer’s cost before the refund is issued. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

All pre-order purchases are final and non-refundable.
Pre-orders are charged in full at the time of purchase and ship on release (approximately 2 months from the Japan release date unless stated otherwise).
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the stated release date and lead time, including possible manufacturer delays.

If your item arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we will arrange a replacement or refund.
