Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless stated otherwise.
We sell officially licensed figures and collectibles, plus clearly-labelled private-studio items.
Stock levels shown are accurate to the best of our ability; rare items may sell out before an order is confirmed. If that happens, you receive a full refund.

Pre-orders

Estimated arrival dates are provided by manufacturers and may shift. Delays do not qualify for automatic refunds, but you may cancel before supplier confirmation.
Release dates, prices, or designs may change at the manufacturer’s discretion.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send a confirmation email.
We may cancel orders affected by pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or stock errors, with a full refund.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the item concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under Singapore consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
